Sarah-Jane brings over 20+ years’ experience in hospitality and facilities management, leading efficient Head Office operations while supporting consultants across the business. ProFM-qualified and holding a Level 5 Management & Leadership certification, she combines strong organisational capability with a practical, results-driven approach

Simon Coward
Head of Operations and Compliance
Simon has over 30 years’ experience in security and facilities operations, spanning manned guarding, electronic systems, and operational delivery. An Institute of Security Management member with Health & Safety qualifications, he brings a practical, best-practice-led approach focused on delivering real value

Stuart Craig
Head of Business Development
Stuart Craig brings 25+ years of operational and consultancy experience, Stuart has worked at the highest level for some of the UK’s most influential FM organisations. Responsible for business development and growth he has been instrumental in helping organisations realise their full potential. Degree qualified (MSc) in management, he is also a qualified engineer (IEng) and is specialised in PFI contracts.

Stan Mitchell
Consultant and Trainer
Stan Mitchell has 35+ years’ global Facilities Management experience and has led the growth of Key Facilities Management across over 20 countries. A former Chair of the British Institute of Facilities Management, he has contributed to the BSI FM Committee and helped develop ISO TC 267 and the first international FM standards through the International Organisation for Standardisation

Alan Baxter
Consultant
Alan Baxter brings 35+ years’ Facilities Management experience across the UK and internationally, specialising in governance, compliance and operational standards. A founding council member of the Association of Facilities Managers, he has helped develop FM policies aligned with international ISO standards.

David Waghorn
Consultant
David Waghorn brings over 35 years of senior experience in integrated facilities management, including 18 years as an Account Director overseeing outsourced contracts for multinational organisations across pharmaceutical, beverage, technology, and telecommunications sectors. He has experience in both service delivery and agency roles, with earlier in-house positions in energy, engineering, construction, and financial services.
